This website describes our services and allows you to submit a booking or enquiry. Nothing on it forms a binding contract for tailoring services until we confirm your appointment and provide a quote following in-person assessment.
All services are subject to in-person assessment of the garment and a confirmed quote before work begins. Prices shown on the website are indicative and may vary depending on the condition, fabric and construction of the item.
SKYLINE ONLINE LTD is not liable for pre-existing fabric damage or wear that was not disclosed prior to service. Where we identify a risk during assessment, we will raise it with you before proceeding.
Made-to-measure orders require a 50% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable once cutting of the cloth has commenced, as the material has at that point been committed to your commission.
Garments that remain uncollected more than 60 days after completion may be donated to charity or responsibly disposed of. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided before doing so.
