Walk-ins are welcome for alterations and repairs. For made-to-measure consultations we recommend booking so we can set aside proper time for measurements and fabric selection.

Most alterations are ready within three to seven working days. If you're working to a deadline, let us know and we'll tell you honestly whether we can meet it — we usually can.

For simple jobs such as a trouser hem, same-day is sometimes possible depending on the day's workload. Call ahead or ask at the counter and we'll give you a straight answer on timing.

Yes. We have a private fitting area on site so you can try garments and have adjustments pinned properly before any work begins.

Every made-to-measure commission includes two fittings as standard, in addition to the initial complimentary consultation and measurement session.

We carry a range of suiting cloths — wools, wool blends and seasonal weights — from established mills. During your consultation we'll help you choose a cloth suited to how and when you'll wear the suit.

Delivery is typically within six to eight weeks from your first fitting, allowing time for cutting, construction and the fittings in between.

Yes, we're happy to work with cloth you supply, subject to a suitability check. We'll advise if the fabric isn't appropriate for the garment you have in mind before any cutting begins.

Alterations and repairs follow the indicative price list on our services page, confirmed after we assess the garment in person. Made-to-measure is quoted individually based on cloth, construction and specification.

Made-to-measure orders require a 50% deposit, which becomes non-refundable once cutting has commenced. Alterations and repairs are settled on collection.

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge. For made-to-measure, the deposit is refundable up until cutting begins, after which it is non-refundable as the cloth has been committed.
